Required Skills

  • You are a results oriented individual with ability to meet and beat quarterly and annual revenue quotas. 
  • You have an understanding of the multi process sales cycle and track record of selling at the executive level in Fortune 100 accounts. 
  • You have a proven, consistent track record of success - Over Target or President's Club winner.  You are able to work both independently and as a team member.
  • You have strong business ethics. You have an above average leadership aptitude.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years successful consulting sales experience of high value management services in either inside (full cycle) or outside field sales environment (Account Executive).

  • Sell Glengarry Group Consulting and services
  • This position carries a weekly call quota volume, as well as a quota for setting appointments for outside sales
  • Responsible for understanding Glengarry Group Consulting's product offerings and competitive issues

Required Skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone with decision makers
  • Ability to work independently and use the internet as an effective search and research tool for prospecting
  • Ability to work with call lists, build your own call lists, dial aggressively, and generate leads all the way through full cycle sales closure

Required Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Some college preferred
  • 1 year business experience preferred
  • Some level of sales, telemarketing, retail or customer service experience preferred

Leadership Consultant

Job Description
